Modern pool design
A pool with clean lines — and a life around it.
What modern actually means here
Modern is not a thinner coping and a white chaise. It is a geometric layout that joins the house, uses fewer materials better, and stays usable. You get leisure without ornament you will tire of.
- — Clean, geometric pool layouts
- — Integrated outdoor living
- — Energy-efficient systems
- — Functional lighting and built-in seating
- — Durable, low-maintenance materials
Traditional
- Decorative shapes and heavier detailing
- More pool-centric, less living integration
- Often more ongoing upkeep

What is modern pool design?
Modern pool design uses clean geometry, simple layouts, and a close connection to the terrace and landscape. The pool is part of the outdoor room, not a separate event.
Are modern pools easier to maintain?
Often yes. Durable finishes, efficient systems, and uncluttered edges reduce the upkeep that ornamental pools demand.
Can a modern pool work in a smaller backyard?
Yes. Modern layouts are adaptable. We size the water to the lot so circulation and planting still have room to breathe.
Do you handle design and construction?
Yes. Field of Dreams manages the modern pool from first conversation through construction and the last landscape detail.
