Four-season outdoor rooms
Fire, cover, and planting so the yard is not a three-month hobby.
Chester County · Pennsylvania
The same standard you brought to the kitchen.
Borough charm and the larger Chester County lots beyond it — a custom pool and landscape that feel like a renovation, not a weekend contractor special.
Outdoor living in West Chester
Luxury pools and landscapes for West Chester, PA.
West Chester outdoor living has to satisfy both borough-scale yards and the broader lots just beyond town. Homeowners come to us when they want a custom pool and landscape that feel as considered as a kitchen renovation — one studio, one crew, a yard you will still like in November.
Pennsylvania gives you four honest seasons. A terrace you use in May, planting that holds November, and lighting that makes January evenings less forgotten — that is the brief, whether you are close to the borough or out on a wooded road.
We design modern rectangles when the house is clean-lined, and quieter freeform water when the trees and stone ask for it. The Chester County work in our gallery is that second language: natural spas, flagstone, a landscape that belongs to the Piedmont.
Marc’s team stays through the last plant. Clients notice. The yard stays orderly during a pool install, and the same people who set the coping set the hedge.
What this lot usually needs
The work we bring to a West Chester backyard.
Modern or natural water
A linear pool in the trees, or a freeform spa-forward design — chosen for this house.
Borough-aware privacy
Screens and lighting that give you a room even when the next porch is close.
We design West Chester yards for real Pennsylvania weather: a May terrace, a November hedge, and light that works after the early dark.
The work
Actual Field of Dreams projects — the standard we bring to Chester County.
These are yards Marc’s crew has already built. We do not drop the same kit on every town. We do bring this level of stone, water, and planting to every West Chester lot we take on.
The plan
Visualize it. Walk the West Chester lot. We build it.
01
Sketch the backyard
Send a photo of the yard. Choose the water, the room, and the stone. You will see a first composition on your lot before anyone breaks ground.
02
Walk it with Marc’s team
We come to the West Chester property, listen, and turn the wish list into a plan that respects the house, the grade, and Chester County conditions.
03
One crew finishes the room
The same people stay on the job. Your yard stays orderly. The finished space works in daylight and after dark.
“Great experience working with Marc and his team. They exceeded our expectations and their attention to detail was second to none. Highly recommend.”
