Do you build pools in both Sussex County and New Castle County?

Yes. Coastal lots in Rehoboth, Lewes, Bethany, and Fenwick, and inland lots in Greenville, Hockessin, Wilmington, Newark, and Middletown.

What changes between a beach pool and an inland pool?

Salt, wind, Friday-night guests, and materials on the coast. Clay, mature trees, and evening use inland. The constant is that the water has to belong to the house.

Do you design the landscape with the pool in Delaware?

Yes. Field of Dreams is a design-build studio. The stone and planting are in the same drawing as the water, whether the lot is a Rehoboth guest house or a Greenville evening yard.
