How long does a custom pool take from first meeting to first swim?

Plan in seasons, not weekends. Design and permitting often take longer than homeowners expect. Construction then follows weather. Many households should start 6 to 12 months before the summer they want.

What slows a pool down in this region?

Incomplete drawings, stormwater or setback review, coastal or wetland coordination in Delaware, and freeze that pauses concrete work.

Can you give a week count before you see the lot?

No honest studio will. Greenville clay and a West Chester stormwater review are not the same job as a simple inland rectangle. The walk comes first.
