What does concept to completion mean here?

One studio holds the drawing: visualize, walk the property, build, and finish the landscape. You are not coordinating a designer, a pool company, and a landscaper as three contracts.

Do I need a finished idea before we meet?

No. A kitchen-window photo and how you actually live are enough. The planner can hold a first sketch. The walk of the property is where the drawing becomes yours.

Who stays on the job through the last plant?

Marc’s crew. Design-build, same team. On many pool projects we work with Clark’s Pools so the water and the terrace are one conversation, not two hopes.
