Pools that hold the horizon
Linear water and raised walls that give an open lot an edge, a sound, and a place to look.
New Castle County · Delaware
More sky. More clay. A stronger horizontal plan.
Middletown yards need a pool that holds the view, shade where the western sun hits, and landscaping that does not disappear in August.
Outdoor living in Middletown
Luxury pools and landscapes for Middletown, DE.
Middletown properties often give you more sky and more clay than a northern New Castle lot. A luxury backyard here needs a strong horizontal plan: a pool that holds the view, shade on the west side, and planting that still has a shape when the county is hot and dry.
Larger lots are not automatically easier. Without a plan they become a pool in a field. We compose outdoor rooms — swim, dine, fire, and a quieter edge — so the acreage still feels like a home, not a park you maintain.
Clay and drainage are part of the first conversation. So is wind. A water feature that photographs well in still air can be a nuisance in an open Middletown afternoon if nobody thought about it.
These yards are ideal for an outdoor kitchen and a pool that can serve both a daily swim and a weekend gathering. We design for both, then build them as one job.
What this lot usually needs
The work we bring to a Middletown backyard.
Entertaining at scale
Kitchens, pavilions, and decks sized for the way Middletown families actually host.
Planting that lasts August
Structure and species that keep a large yard from looking empty when the grass goes quiet.
Larger Middletown yards are where a custom pool, fire, and kitchen can sit without crowding the house — if someone is composing the whole ground plane.
The work
Actual Field of Dreams projects — the standard we bring to New Castle County.
These are yards Marc’s crew has already built. We do not drop the same kit on every town. We do bring this level of stone, water, and planting to every Middletown lot we take on.
The plan
Visualize it. Walk the Middletown lot. We build it.
01
Sketch the backyard
Send a photo of the yard. Choose the water, the room, and the stone. You will see a first composition on your lot before anyone breaks ground.
02
Walk it with Marc’s team
We come to the Middletown property, listen, and turn the wish list into a plan that respects the house, the grade, and New Castle County conditions.
03
One crew finishes the room
The same people stay on the job. Your yard stays orderly. The finished space works in daylight and after dark.
“Professional and very orderly. My yard was always in its best condition during a pool install. I would highly recommend anyone wanting a hassle-free project with beautiful results.”

Questions
Before you spend another summer waiting in Middletown.
Do you build luxury pools in Middletown?
Yes. Custom pools and full outdoor living for Middletown and southern New Castle County.
We have a large, open lot. What do you recommend?
A strong horizontal plan — water that holds a view, shade where you sit, and planting that gives the yard rooms instead of one empty lawn.
Can the pool handle both kids and entertaining?
That is the usual brief. Sun shelves, a deep end if you want it, and a terrace that does not make guests walk through the splash zone.
How do we start?
Sketch the yard or send a note. We walk the property and talk through clay, sun, and how you host.
