Can a Delaware landscape look finished in winter?

Yes, if the bones are right: evergreen structure, stone that looks honest wet, and lighting that gives the yard a second life when the days shorten.

Grade and walls first, then planting with a job in more than one month, and lighting designed with the hardscape — not a string of spots added after the patio is finished.
